Aktivate (formerly RMA) is now open for Fall Sports!
Make sure you select the year 2024-25. Physicals are now required every year on the new NIAA forms.
Create your basic account on AKTIVATE (formerly RMA- Register My Athlete) that will stay with the student throughout their high school career. Go to www.Aktivate.com, login and select "create account", then select the sport(s) you want to participate in for 2024-25.

New Sports Physical Forms and Medical History forms for the 24-25 School Year.
NIAA has updated the Sports Physical and Medical History forms as well as the process for filing these. Our old forms will no longer be accepted. Effective Immediately, all athletes must have a NEW physical, even if they had one in the last year. Make sure you take the New NIAA History Form, New NIAA Physical Form and Medical Eligibility Form with you to your appointment.

Aktivate is now open to sign up for all 3 seasons of GWHS Sports for the 24/25 school year.
Remember, all athletes need a new physical on the new NIAA forms after March 20,2023. Make sure you select 23/24 for the sports year using your current grade.
