The PSAT will be administered on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at GWHS. Douglas County School District is no longer requiring that all sophomores participate, therefore students interested in taking the test, must sign up and pay the $15 administration fee by Wednesday, September 21st in order to have a test ordered for them. To be considered for the National Merit Scholarship program, juniors will need to take the PSAT this fall (only high school juniors are eligible for the scholarship program).

SAT TEST PREP CLASSES – Sherwood Test Prep with a location in Reno offers SAT test prep classes. There service is recommended by GWHS students who saw an increase in their test scores. For more information visit Sherwood Test .

Be sure to request a Score Report to be sent to Whittell by ordering a report to high school code 290-190 at the time of testing.

This student action step will save money, time and frustration, and allows our registrar to add scores to the student's transcript.
